The Formats We Stock

Shatter is our entry-level offering. Consistent, potent, affordable. Ideal if you are new to concentrates or want reliable effect without paying premium pricing. We stock shatter from multiple producers and the quality varies enough between them to ask our Sechelt team which batch is currently worth buying.

Live resin is our mid-to-premium option for solvent-based extracts. Made from fresh-frozen cannabis, the terpene profile is far closer to the original strain than distillate or standard shatter delivers. BLKMKT and Carmel produce live resin we are comfortable recommending when the allocation comes through.

Hash and bubble hash are the solventless options. BC has a genuine craft hash tradition and some of what is now available in the legal market reflects that knowledge. The flavour when you smoke quality bubble hash is different from any other format. If you have not tried it, our team at the Sechelt location can point you to what is current and good.

How to Consume Concentrates Without a Dab Rig

Hash and kief can both be used without any special equipment. Add a small amount to the top of a bowl of flower, fold it into a joint, or smoke it in a pipe on its own at low temperature. This is the easiest entry point into concentrates for someone who smokes flower but has never used extracts.

What this means practically is that what we have in stock varies more than it would at a larger urban location. If you are coming specifically for concentrates from Gibsons or Halfmoon Bay, it is worth calling ahead or checking the online menu first. When we have good live resin or bubble hash in, it is very much worth the trip. When the allocation is thinner, we will tell you that honestly rather than talking you into something that doesn't meet the standard.
