This store has a specific identity that reflects where it is located. Mount Pleasant has a real relationship with cannabis culture and independent retail that predates legalisation, and our customers here tend to know exactly what they want. We lean into that with a product mix that skews toward small-batch and BC-grown flower, a concentrates section that covers everything from pressed hash to live rosin, and an edibles wall that goes well beyond gummies. Free parking is available in the lot behind the building, which makes us one of the most practical recreational cannabis stores to actually visit in Vancouver for anyone who is not on transit.
The South Main corridor is our community. We are close enough to Riley Park and Little Mountain that people walk in. Fairview sends us commuters heading home on the 99. Kensington-Cedar Cottage is a quick ride east. We see regulars from Mount Pleasant proper who treat us the way people treat a good neighbourhood shop — stopping in a couple of times a week, asking what is new, trusting our team to point them toward something worth trying. Exit the station and head south on Main Street. Walk through the 2nd Ave and Broadway intersections into Mount Pleasant. We are on the right at East 16th Avenue, just before the neighbourhood opens up into Riley Park.

Walking directions →Mount Pleasant is our home base and most of our regulars live within a kilometre of the shop. The neighbourhood has independent coffee shops, breweries, and studio spaces woven through it, and our customers reflect that — they are not looking for a clinical experience, they want a knowledgeable recommendation from someone who has actually tried the product. Riley Park and Little Mountain are close enough that people walk over on evenings and weekends, particularly in summer. Fairview sits to the northwest and sends us foot traffic from the medical and commercial stretch along Broadway. South Main is where independent retail culture in Vancouver is most concentrated, and we fit right into that strip. Kensington-Cedar Cottage to the east is a growing part of our regular base, especially since the 29 bus runs straight down the corridor. We also have free parking behind the building, which means we pull customers from further afield — Grandview-Woodland, Hastings-Sunrise, and parts of East Vancouver who find parking here easier than at any other dispensary in Vancouver.
