Our vape selection on the Sunshine Coast runs the same range as our Vancouver locations. 510-thread cartridges in distillate and live resin formats, all-in-one disposable pens, and pod systems when available. We keep a solid selection of disposables because many of our customers are visitors who may not have hardware with them.
General Admission, Hexo, and Spinach are regular producers on our floor. Live resin options from BLKMKT and Carmel show up when the BCLDB allocation includes them. The specific selection changes week to week, so check our online menu before coming in from Halfmoon Bay or Pender Harbour specifically for a vape.
Distillate: refined, high THC, consistent, flavour is artificial terpenes or added flavouring. Works well. Live resin: extracted from fresh-frozen cannabis, real terpene profile from the actual strain, flavour and effect closer to smoking the original flower. Costs more. If you have never tried live resin and you already enjoy vaping, it is worth buying one to compare.
The easiest way to understand the difference is to hold a distillate cart next to a live resin cart from the same strain. The smell tells you everything. One smells like the actual strain. The other smells like a cannabis-adjacent approximation of it.
Most cartridges in the BC legal market use a 510-thread connection. If you have an older battery, it is almost certainly compatible. If you are not sure, bring it in and we will confirm before you buy a cartridge. We can also recommend a basic battery if you are new to vapes and want to start with hardware you can reuse.

A meaningful portion of our Sechelt vape customers are visitors from Vancouver or the Fraser Valley who ran out of their usual product and want something to pick up while they are on the Coast. If you are brand loyal to a particular producer or extract type, call ahead before making the drive from Roberts Creek or Gibsons to confirm we have it. The BCLDB allocation affects what any individual store has at any given time and it changes.
