Coastal Green on Dunsmuir Street is our original cannabis dispensary in Vancouver, BC and the store where the standards for the whole chain were set. We sit in the heart of Downtown Vancouver at 565 Dunsmuir St, less than a two-minute walk from Granville SkyTrain Station. The Financial District is our front yard. Gastown is two blocks east. Coal Harbour and the West End are a short walk in either direction, and Yaletown is accessible without ever getting on transit. If you work in one of the office towers on Georgia, Howe, or Burrard, we are genuinely the most convenient cannabis dispensary in Vancouver for your lunch break or after-work stop.
The store is stocked for a high-volume downtown dispensary. We run the largest vape selection of any of our three locations, a rotating premium concentrates wall, and curated flower that leans toward high-potency and recognisable cultivars. Pre-rolls come from a mix of value-tier and craft producers so there is always something for every budget. Our budtenders are well-trained and used to helping both recreational cannabis newcomers who want a simple recommendation and experienced consumers who know exactly what terpene profile they are looking for.

Walking directions →We are the go-to dispensary in Vancouver for anyone living or working between the waterfront and False Creek. The Financial District fills up on lunch hours and after five on weekdays — most of our regulars work in the towers along Georgia and Hastings and stop in on their commute. Gastown sends us a steady stream of tourists and locals who appreciate that we are three blocks from Water Street but without the tourist markup. Coal Harbour residents come for the convenience; it is closer to us than any other licensed cannabis store in BC for that neighbourhood. Yaletown is a ten-minute walk and we see a lot of condo dwellers coming up on evenings and weekends. The West End crowd tends to discover us once and then become regulars because nothing between Denman and our shop competes on product range. Chinatown and the edges of Strathcona round out the walk-in catchment area, though we also get regulars who drive in specifically because our parking situation is more manageable than most of downtown.
